Each week you'll find a health pledge that will challenge you to live a healthier lifestyle. We will also donate $1 to help schools in need of fitness and athletic equipment, if you take the pledge.
After you take the pledge, spread the word and you can become an Ambassador of Fitness when three friends or family members team up to take the pledge.
I PLEDGE TO EAT FRUITS AND VEGETABLES FOR SNACK.
- Fruits and vegetables are good sources of vitamins A, C, E, folate, fiber and potassium.
- Snacking on fruits and vegetables can give you an extra energy boost and keep you full until your next meal.
- An apple, cut celery, sweet potatoe, orange or a banana are easy, healthy snacks.
